Swift Cycle is a cycling studio in Lino Lakes that offers a variety of cycling classes. Our studio is primarily an exercise studio that can add more to your fitness routine or create strong foundations for beginners. We believe sweating and moving together is one of the best ways to get the most out of your body. We offer a variety of cycling classes:

  • Rhythm Ride: Heart Pumping Rhythm based workout on the bike with a little bit for everyone! Hills, sprints, ladders, hovers, and jumps all to music hand picked to motivate and inspire while riding to the rhythm. Upper body movements add a little spice to an already incredible workout!
  • Cycle Bootcamp: If you like a variety of workouts, you love Cycle Bootcamp! With speed intervals, 10-15 minutes of light arms with weights on the bike, heavy climb, and weight core off the bike, you’ll get a well rounded sweaty workout.
  • Power & Endurance Ride: You will alternate between heavy resistance (power) and medium resistance (Endurance). Power will focus on low RPM and high resistance to challenge your muscular system while increasing your heart rate. Endurance will focus on higher RPM and medium to low resistance to increase cardiovascular health. With 30 secs rest between intervals the heart rate comes down before being elevated to increase stamina and provide an epic calorie burn!
  • Cycle Sculpt: Cycle Sculpt is a 45 Minute ride with toning to mix up your cycling routine. It provides a way to sculpt your body while breaking a sweat with an exciting mixture of resistance training and cardio.
  • Discovery Ride: 45 minute sweat session discovering you and what you can do! Hills, Endurance, Sprints, finding that steady state cardio and riding strong!
  • Cycle Express: Hills, Sprints, Rhythm Ride, all in a quick 30 minutes! Jam packed fun!
  • Cycle Smash: 30 minutes on the bike riding to the beat of the music, 30 minutes on the floor with dumbbells in a pumped up strength workout. You get a full body workout and both cardio and strength in one class!
  • Warrior Rhythm (Floor Class): Combining yoga-inspired sequences, resistance training, and cardio, this class enhances balance, flexibility, and strength with the support of a chair. Experience the perfect blend of rhythmic yoga flows, mindful movements, and invigorating, low impact exercises.
  • Swerve Cycle: Rhythm ride and Intervals all in a one hour long class to motivate the rider to dig deeper with consistency and unearth superior outcomes.
  • Strong Nation (Floor Class): combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
  • Pumped Up Strength (Floor Class): This dynamic dumbbell class takes your strength workout to the next level by utilizing combination movement patterns to create a total body strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in new ways, and build lean muscle mass.
  • Mat Pilates (Floor Class): Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Isolating muscles in various ways you will target specific areas to increase flexibility and mobility.
